RACING COMFORT

Cento1NDR is the new racing bicycle that joins the Wilier Triestina Endurance range. The geometries of the frame and the particular construction of the rear chainstays guarantee the cyclist a feeling of racing comfort: pure performance without having to give up comfort.

Staying in the saddle for a long time will be much less tiring: the rear triangle was sized and designed for maximum absorption of the stress generated on the vertical plane, usually caused by imperfections in the road surface. The transfer of pedal power is guaranteed with maximum efficiency thanks to a torsional stiffness comparable to racing frames.

As with the Cento10NDR, the Cento1NDR can also be equipped with direct mount type brake callipers or flat mount disc brakes.

There are two possible configurations. One with 0 mm setback and one with -15 mm setback. Both types of seatposts are designed by Wilier Triestina and are compatible with Ritchey 1-bolt head clamps. Aerodynamic configuration.

What do I need to know to check axle/wheel compatibility?

We guarantee compatibility between the Mavic Speed Release axle and wheels used for OEM assemblies (installed in factory). If different wheels are used, we recommend you check compatibility with the axle and that there is no separation from the hub following removal of the speed release. Wilier Triestina cannot be held liable when different wheels are used.

GTR TEAM DISC is a special version of GTR TEAM available with Flat Mount disc brakes, a new technology from Shimano for the Spring of 2015. The rear triangle, in addition to being designed asymmetrically, is designed to accommodate 28mm tires, in line with the latest market trends that see strong growth in the disc gravel bike sector. GTR TEAM DISC can also be used in UCI races for the coming seasons.

The pedal assist system weighs 3.7 kg with the battery and electric motor. It is the lightest system currently available on the market.

There are three different assistance levels that can be selected via the iWoc button on the handlebar. The assistance levels can be adjusted to your needs in the eBikemotion app (once the app has been paired to the bike, go to Settings > Motor Settings).

Guaranteed autonomy varies depending upon a number of factors: driving style, assistance level, the user’s weight, the slope of the route and pedalling ability. Testing shows the possibility of covering an uphill distance of between 1000 m and 2000 m depending on the difficulty of the route, with the battery working for more than an hour and a half.

We do not recommend removing the battery. However, the Cento10 Hybrid can also be used in off mode.

Yes, by installing an optional second battery placed inside a "dummy bottle" on the seat tube of the Cento10 Hybrid. The total capacity is 460Wh

No, Cento10 Hybrid’s lithium battery can be charged at any time, because it does not have a memory effect.

The guaranteed number of recharges to 100% capacity is 500 times. After that, recharges will decrease until the end of the cycle (equal to approximately 60%).

If the bike is not going to be used for a long period, we recommend you charge the battery at least up to 60% before storing it. If after six months, the charge level is less than 20%, we recommend charging it again up to at least 60%.

Of course. The system is waterproof.

The electrical system requires no special maintenance. To maintain maximum pedalling efficiency over time, Wilier Triestina strongly recommends regular maintenance and inspections every 12 months at an official Wilier Triestina dealer.

The backlit controller on the handlebar will flash pink. At the same time, the Ebikemotion app will display a red failure/fault warning triangle.

GTR TEAM DISC is a special version of GTR TEAM available with Flat Mount disc brakes, a new technology from Shimano for the Spring of 2015. The rear triangle, in addition to being designed asymmetrically, is designed to accommodate 28mm tires, in line with the latest market trends that see strong growth in the disc gravel bike sector. GTR TEAM DISC can also be used in UCI races for the coming seasons.

However, Wilier Triestina strongly recommends a maintenance service and check after around 25 full charge cycles or every 12 months at an official Wilier Triestina dealer, in order to ensure that maximum pedaling efficiency is maintained over time.

The guaranteed autonomy varies in accordance with a range of factors: from your riding style, bodyweight and pedaling capacity to the level of assistance set and the route gradient. Following our tests, we can confirm that it is possible to climb between 1000m and 2000m depending on the difficulty of the road surface; when riding uphill, the battery can work uninterrupted for more than an hour and a half.

We advise to do not remove the battery, however you can ride Cento1 Hybrid as a traditional bicycle with the Off mode.

Yes, by installing a second optional bottle-shaped battery on the seat tube of the Cento1 Hybrid. The total autonomy achievable will be equal to 460Wh.

No, the lithium battery fitted on the Cento1 Hybrid can be charged at any time, as it does not suffer from the so-called memory effect.

The guaranteed number of recharges is 500 times. After that, recharges will decrease to approximately 60% of the initial capacity. Over 500 recharges, battery capacity will gradually decrease.

Yes, you can see the approximate battery level by checking the iWoc indicator light in the top tube of the frame. RACING COMFORT

Cento1NDR is the new racing bicycle that joins the Wilier Triestina Endurance range. The geometries of the frame and the particular construction of the rear chainstays guarantee the cyclist a feeling of racing comfort: pure performance without having to give up comfort.

Staying in the saddle for a long time will be much less tiring: the rear triangle was sized and designed for maximum absorption of the stress generated on the vertical plane, usually caused by imperfections in the road surface. The transfer of pedal power is guaranteed with maximum efficiency thanks to a torsional stiffness comparable to racing frames.

As with the Cento10NDR, the Cento1NDR can also be equipped with direct mount type brake callipers or flat mount disc brakes.

How can I clean my Cento1NDR?

We recommend cleaning with water and a soft cloth or sponge. Please note that some cleaning agents can damage the finish on the Cento1NDR. We do not recommend the use of pressurized water or air when cleaning the Cento1NDR frame. Such practices can damage the finish and bearings etc. Always thoroughly dry and lubricate your bicycle before storage.

What kinds of stem and handlebar can be fitted to the Cento1NDR?

The Cento1NDR can be used with any standard stem
and handlebar. If the frame is used with Wilier’s proprietary
Stemma/Barra or Alabarda cables and hoses will
be routed inside the handlebar/stem.

What kind of hubs can be fitted to a Cento1 NDR?

With disc brakes the Cento1NDR uses a 12x100mm
front and 12 x 142mm rear hub. With direct mount
rim brakes, a 100mm QR front and 135mm QR rear
hub must be used. Please not that the thru axles and
QR skewers used on the Cento 1 NDR need to be the
correct length for safety reasons. We always recommend
using the proprietary Wilier thru axles and QR skewers
available from authorized Wilier Triestina dealers.

What is the purpose of the metal brace fitted to the top of the seatstays?
FAQ answer: 

The metal brace is a structural component and should
not be removed when using either rim or disk brakes. It
helps to stiffen the rear end and removing it can result in
damage to the stays.

Guaranteed autonomy varies depending upon a number of factors: driving style, assistance level, the user’s weight, the slope of the route and pedalling ability. The Wilier Zero SLR can be assembled only with electronic shifting and disc brakes. The excellence of the frame is paired with the excellence of the equipment.

The Wilier Zero SLR can be cleaned like any other racing bike. We recommend wiping it with a soft cloth and mild soap, then drying it completely before use.

ZERO INTEGRATED HANDLEBAR is the handlebar made specifically for the Wilier Zero SLR. It is available in five sizes. ALABARDA, STEMMA and BARRA can also be installed on it.

How many types of seatposts can be installed on the Wilier Zero SLR?
FAQ answer: 

There are two possible configurations. One with 0 mm setback and one with -15 mm setback. Both types of seatposts are designed by Wilier Triestina and are compatible with Ritchey 1-bolt head clamps. Aerodynamic configuration.

What do I need to know to check axle/wheel compatibility?
FAQ answer: 

We guarantee compatibility between the Mavic Speed Release axle and wheels used for OEM assemblies (installed in factory). If different wheels are used, we recommend you check compatibility with the axle and that there is no separation from the hub following removal of the speed release. Wilier Triestina cannot be held liable when different wheels are used.

The frame target weight is 930 grams for a painted size M.

Do the integrated cables pass through the handlebar?

All of the cables are integrated inside the frame, running through the superthin bearings but not inside the handlebar and the stem. This allows quick and economical maintenance and/or part replacement.

Yes. The upper superthin bearing is not normally available on the market but is a design owned by Wilier Triestina and will only be available at the Wilier Triestina authorized dealers.

The standard bicycle is available only in standard fitting with Stemma SL and Barra SL, in five different sizes. The use of Wilier Triestina carbon spacers also allows the installation of Filante Bar, 0-Bar, J-Bar and Stemma purchased in the aftermarket.

The standard bicycle is fitted with 28 mm tires. The frame can accommodate tires with a maximum of 28 mm of actual width.

What are the sizes of the thru axle system?

The frame design is Speed Release. The bike comes standard with a traditional full pull-out axle. Mavic Speed Release thru axles can be purchased through the Wilier Triestina authorized dealers.

Are the frame parts the same as the Wilier 0 SLR?

Yes. Seat post, spacers, top cover, drop-out and all metal parts are the same as on the Wilier 0 SLR.

Can I install other types of handlebar stem on the Wilier 0 SL?

No. The Stemma SL handlebar stem must be used. It might be possible to switch out the handlebar for other 31.8 mm diameter products or other integrated / semi-integrated Wilier Triestina handlebars purchased in the aftermarket (Filante Bar, 0-Bar, J-Bar and Stemma)
